Nice observations. I don’t think the RCA platform is going to wake up an engineer; it’s just the usual paging that does that. The RCA platform only assists in figuring out the root cause. Even without this platform, engineers would still wake up in the middle of the night if they are paged. False investigations can actually delay root cause analysis, which then has to be done manually anyway.
